Daily Reset
When everything feels unclear, use this.
A simple daily structure gives your brain a container. It doesn't solve your problems — but it keeps you moving.
The Four Actions
Do these every day. They take about two to three hours total if you're intentional.
1. Move Your Body
Anything counts. Walk, run, lift, stretch, swim. The goal is daily — not optimal.
Even 20 minutes of movement changes your mood and thinking.
2. Learn Something
Spend 45–90 minutes on a skill or subject that matters to your direction.
- Work through a course
- Read a chapter of a relevant book
- Build something small
- Write about what you're learning
Not passive consumption. Active learning.
3. Apply for Opportunities
Send one application, pitch, or message related to income or career.
One per day. Not ten. One good one.
This could be:
- A job application
- A freelance inquiry
- A cold email to someone interesting
- A proposal or follow-up
4. Reach Out to Someone
Send a short message to one person. Check in, share something useful, ask a question.
Relationships compound over time. Stay in motion.
What This Looks Like in Practice
A rough daily structure:
| Time | Activity | |------|----------| | Morning | Movement | | Midday | Learning block | | Afternoon | Apply / reach out | | Evening | Rest, read, reflect |
This is a guide, not a rule. Adjust to your life.
When You Miss a Day
You will miss days. That's fine.
The goal is not a perfect streak. The goal is a life where these four things are normal.
When you fall off, just do one of the four things. That's enough to restart momentum.
Progress is rarely dramatic. It's mostly showing up on ordinary days.
